Until 1953 Bridford village hall was the village school and is a large two-storey building comprising two halls. It is now available for bookings by anybody in the community and also serves as a gathering point for many social events in the village.
Regular community services such as the mobile Post Office (Thursday afternoon) can also be found in the Village Hall.

BRIDFORD VILLAGE HALL CHARGES

Scale of charges from 1 September 2023 which includes use of electricity, water, heating and those appliances and equipment available for use at the hall and within its environs.
No hirings of less than two hours.
Booking form to be completed and Booking to be paid for in advance of the event.

Terms
Regular monthly bookings if paid in advance for 12 months, and booking form signed in compliance with the Terms and Conditions will be charged for 11 months.
All hiring arrangements are strictly in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for Hire which can be seen at the time of booking.
Items are available for hire on the clear understanding that the hirer will be responsible for the collection from and return to the Village Hall within 24 hours, and for the appropriate and safe use of the items hired at their own risk. Breakages or damage to be paid for.
